Toni Braxton to Be Honored with Icon Award at 2020 WDAS Women of Excellence Luncheon
Fans have shared their good wishes for Toni Braxton following her announcement that she would be getting a new award soon.
For many years, Toni Braxton has been in the business of making good music, being a pianist, record producer, actress, television personality, and philanthropist.

Toni had made headlines back in February when speculations were made about her and her man, Birdman, secretly getting married.
Despite that, the 52-year-old is still making waves as she recently disclosed that she would be getting an award from Women of Excellence.
“Truly honored to be receiving the Icon Award from @wdasfm in Philly next month.”
Almost immediately after she posted the image, her fans took to the comment section to congratulate her with one person writing, “look at you collecting your flowers.”
The “He Wasn’t Man Enough for Me” crooner’s news came just a day after Atlanta Black Star informed a throwback image of her rocking a body-hugging a black sequined dress.
The singer had added layers of make-up to her face, which made her look and pose more appealing to her 3.2 million followers.
Toni had made headlines back in February when speculations were made about her and her man, Birdman, secretly getting married.
According to Atlanta Black Star, the rumors had begun after Toni’s sister, Trina, had taken time to wish Birdman a happy birthday with a post that featured the acronym “B.I.L.”
Many fans camped in Trina’s comment section as they wanted to know if Toni and the record executive and entrepreneur were back together.
It would be recalled that Birdman had proposed to Braxton with a $1 million engagement ring, back in February 2018.
However, just months after, Toni had come out with claims that her engagement ring had been stolen from her Louis Vuitton luggage, which got missing during a trip from New York to Los Angeles.
When the luggage was retrieved, her diamond-cut ring was nowhere to be found.
Although fans believed that she broke up with Birdman months after that incident, the singer rarely addressed the issue, choosing instead to focus on her safeguarding her mental health.
To achieve that feat, Essence reported that she had learned not to take life seriously.

Toni had stated that growing older meant not worrying about things as much as one used to when they were younger.
