According to a report by Pop Culture, the bounty hunter's new relationship had also gotten the thumbs up from his daughter, Lyssa. While retweeting her interview with The Sun about her father and Francie, Lyssa wrote, "Love is in the air."
The reaction of the Chapman family towards their father's new relationship was slightly different from his previous romance with Moon Angell.
During the interview, Lyssa revealed that her father and his new beau had gotten enamored with one another while dealing with the grief of losing their spouses.
It would be recalled that Beth lost her battle with cancer and even found herself in a coma before she died in June 2019.

Meanwhile, Francie's husband had passed away months before Beth, after his fight with cancer. With the void of the deaths left in their lives, the duo began talking on the phone and growing closer.
Lyssa had added that even Beth would approve of the relationship as this was the happiest she had seen her father in a long time.
Pop Culture noted that the reaction of the Chapman family towards their father's new relationship was slightly different from his previous romance with Moon Angell. Many have assumed that Moon was involved with Dog as the time that he was just getting to know Francie.
Pop Culture reported that Lyssa and Beth's daughter, Cecily, had publicly made their disapproval of Moon's relationship with Duane known.
That disdain led to a brief separation between the reality star and his children. The situation soon took another turn when Dog went on "The Dr. Oz Show" in February and "proposed" marriage to Moon, although, she declined.
Despite that, fans have shown their support of Francie and Dog's budding union as many reacted with giddiness to Lyssa's tweet. While one person stated that they were happy for Duane, another tweeted that their story was a beautiful one.

However, a few people were quick to point out that Francie would never replace Beth while adding that Duane didn't know how to live without a woman in his life.
