Tamera Mowry-Housley shows off the strands of gray hair growing on her head as she and the rest of her family undergo self-quarantine at home due to the growing threat of the Coronavirus. 

Tamera Mowry-Housley is embracing her gray hair, sharing a beautiful selfie showing it off in the midst of her social distancing efforts at home. According to the TV host, she's embracing her gray hair as she stays home.

PROUDLY FLAUNTING HER GRAY HAIR

This isn't the first time she's embraced her gray hair, as she stepped out to the movie premiere of "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" in 2018 embracing her hair color. Through the years, she's been covering it up regularly.

However, now with the rampant spread of COVID-19 or Coronavirus in America, she is not taking any chances to head to the salon and would much rather just stay home with the rest of her family. 

Aside from letting her natural hair color show, Tamera has also been trying to stay fit. On Instagram, she shared her exercise routine with her fans as a sign of commitment to her fitness journey. As the "The Real" host would put it, she is "back in #gymmode."

With a lot more time on her hands at home, Tamera is able to work out as much as she wants, without having to leave the comfort of her home. She does this while caring for her two children worth husband Adam Housley.
