Wendy Williams Hosts Talk Show from Home Amid Quarantine & Slams Lamar Odom's New Show with Fiancée
Wendy Williams recently slammed Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr’s new show while filming from her home: “Nobody cares about y’all’s relationship.
There’s no stopping “The Wendy Williams Show” from airing amid the quarantine period brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
FILMING FROM HER APARTMENT
Wendy Williams’ show is still a go but cut into a shorter segment as she films from her home apartment. As per usual, the host tackles hot topics within the 15-minute allotted time.

In the first episode, Williams sat before a Betty Boop statue and drank a glass of Orangina while admitting the set up was not to her liking. She shared:
“I’m not taking you on a tour of my apartment. I feel very intruded upon with just doing this right now, but the show convinced me.”

The home edition of the comedian featured his family, including his five-year-old daughter Frances, who made her debut with strawberries on her pants.
WILLIAMS SLAMS ODOM AND PARR
In one of her home edition episodes, Williams took a swing at Lamar Odom and his new show with fiancee Sabrina Parr.
Their love story will be made on the For Us by Us (FUBU) streaming platform this spring. Williams started by saying, “nobody cares about y’all’s relationship,” before talking about their history. She said:
“Sabrina is a life coach, but she’s got a whole bunch of arrest pictures at the police department. Lamar says he’s a sex addict, and they say they don’t want to have sex until they get married.”

Williams remarks stemmed from Parr’s previously posted mugshot photo of herself on Instagram from an apparent arrest in 2015, which she admitted to being during her “very crazy marriage.”
On the other hand, the former NBA athlete opened up about his sex addiction in a memoir last year. The couple has yet to address Williams’ remarks.
SHOWS FROM HOME
Management previously decided for the show to be filmed without a live audience until self-quarantine became a government guideline.
Several shows have since followed protocol and taken safety measures, including the “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

The home edition of the comedian featured his family, including his five-year-old daughter Frances, who made her debut with strawberries on her pants.
The toddler giggled as she climbed her father’s back throughout the show and made cute faces in front of the camera.
