Tina Knowles Celebrates Daughter Beyonce & Son-In-Law Jay-Z's 12th Anniversary with Sweet Post

Musical goddess Beyoncé Knowles and her husband, rapper Jay-Z marked their 12th wedding anniversary recently, with the latter's mom posting a sweet tribute to the power couple, on Instagram.

It has been twelve years since Beyoncé and Jay-Z said their vows and became one. A lot has happened since then, with the couple rising to the pinnacle of success and becoming one of Hollywood's power couples.

Their marriage hasn't been without its challenges, but they have been able to weather the storm and maintain a sustained level of career success, as well as building a great dynasty together.

Three kids and many success stories later, Jay-Z's and Beyoncé's 12th wedding anniversary is one that is worth celebrating, and Tina Knowles, Beyoncé's mother, did just that with a lovely post on Instagram.

Tina shared a black-and-white picture of the couple from their wedding ceremony, in which Jay-Z held his wife's hand after they had said their vows, and walked down the aisle. In the caption to the post, Tina wrote:

"Happy anniversary to Bey and Jay it seemed like yesterday these guys walked down the aisle..."

Concluding her post, Tina said that the beautiful memories from the wedding were now twelve years old and that after three gorgeous kids, love still prevailed between Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

The proud mom also added that she was the one who designed Beyoncé's wedding dress. Many of Tina's friends and followers commented on her post, with some of them reserving praise for her, for the wedding dress.

Rumors of the pair being a romantic item began following their collaboration on the hit song, "03 Bonny & Clyde."

Steve Harvey wrote that the wedding dress was beautiful, while Lela Rochon Fuqua said that Tina Knowles was amazingly talented and underrated. Holly Robinson Peete also said that Tina was a skilled designer.

Symphani Soto wrote that the dress was beautiful, while another fan canvassed for a clothing line from Tina, writing:

"Yes, we need a TinaLawason wedding dress line!"

Rudy Rasmus, the pastor who officiated Beyoncé and Jay-Z's wedding, also reposted Tina's post on his Instagram page and said that it was an honor to be part of the couple's amazing moment.

The pastor also showered praises on Tina Knowles for designing Beyoncé's incredible wedding dress, while adding that Beyoncé was a beautiful bride.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z do share an incredible love story that started way before they said their vows at that quiet ceremony in front of family and friends, twelve years ago.
