Although Kandi Burruss joined the challenge on April 2, she ensured that she dropped a fun shade at her fellow cast members who were doing the challenge with “lash extensions, fillers, & filters.”
“RHOA’s” season 12 reunion would be filmed online, due to coronavirus fears.
Kandi’s selfie entry featured Kandi rocking a slightly ruffled hair bun and a fresh face which she claimed in the caption, was her “tired AF” face. The reason for her tiredness was also explained in the caption with the words:
“This quarantine bs ain’t for me. Teaching school, cleaning, & cooking all day… I can’t take it!!!! This can’t be life.”
Her followers made no hesitation before they liked the image over 300,000 times and dropped comments about how “fly” she still looked.
The mother-of-three’s post came just before Essence announced that “RHOA’s” season 12 reunion would be filmed online, due to coronavirus fears.
Kandi initially broke the news when she stated on her Instagram Live that producers had gotten in touch with the women to let them know that they would most likely be filming the much-anticipated reunion online.
The 49-year-old also made it known that drama had already started brewing in the group chat which has led many to believe that the reunion, like many others before it, would be heated.
The producers opted for an “online type situation” after Andy Cohen, the show’s long time host and executive producer, tested positive for COVID-19 in March.
As it turned out, the change in reunion filming isn’t the only thing affected by the ongoing pandemic as Bravo revealed that Kandi has had to slow down on her hustle.
Although her Old Lady Gang restaurants are still open through take-out and delivery, it has been a difficult time for the multiple business owner and entrepreneur.
Kandi admitted that business “sucked” during a conversation that she had with ETOnline recently. However, until things go back to normal, the reality star is stuck creating more TikTok videos and doing some chores.
