The 55-year-old talk-show host recently took to her Instagram page to share a warm tribute to her manager, Bernie Young. She posted a picture of herself and Bernie at a dinner table wearing broad smiles on their faces.
Her caption began with a declaration of love for the Emmy award-winning TV producer before going on to talk about how he is much more than a manager to her. She said:
"I love him so much! He's more than my manager...he's my friend. He knows where the bones are buried! He builds me up with laughter & encouragement but also breaks me down with sound reasoning..."
In the comments section, fans gushed over the pair's seemingly tight relationship while expressing the desire to have a friend like Bernie in their corner. The tribute comes a few days after Williams dropped the asking price for her mansion located in the suburbs of Livingston, New Jersey.
She reduced the asking price to $1,669,000 earlier in January.
The 5-bedroom house, which is located in the Bel Air gated community, features four baths and two half baths and is on the market for $1,575,000. Daily Mail has alleged that the price slash will result in a loss of over $500,000.
This is reportedly the second time Williams is putting the house up for sale. She initially put a price on it in August 2019 for $1,895,000—she had allegedly been in the middle of processing a divorce from her then-husband, Kevin Hunter.
Williams and Hunter had purchased the beautiful house back in 2008 for $2,100,000. She reduced the asking price to $1,669,000 earlier in January.
According to a report from Page Six, the 55-year-old media personality moved out of the house last fall to set up roots in an apartment located in the Manhattan Financial District—the apartment reportedly costs $15,000 a month.
Williams and her ex-husband, Hunter, who tied the knot back in 1997, finalized their divorce earlier this year. They share a 19-year-old song Kevin Hunter Jr. between them.
