Shaquille O'Neal's Ex Shaunie Dances with Their Daughters and Challenges Him to a Dance-Off

Amid the ongoing novel Coronavirus outbreak, former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal's ex-wife Shaunie is making the most out of self-isolation. She shared a video of herself dancing with her two daughters.

With the stay-at-home guidelines still fully operational in many cities across the world, due to the highly contagious novel Coronavirus, many celebrities are taking the opportunity to bond with their family members and create some happy memories.

Shaquille O'Neal's ex-wife Shaunie recently took to social media to share a cute clip of her and her lookalike daughters, Amirah O'Neal and Me'arah O'Neal, whom she had with the retired NBA player.

In the video, the two daughters who were dressed in all-black outfits flank their mom on both sides as they danced to one of Beyonce's hit songs, which played in the background. Shaunie looked sexy in a white t-shirt as she swayed to the tunes of the song with her daughters.

The reality TV star took the opportunity to call out the male half of the family, which comprises her ex-husband and their two sons, Shareef Rashaun and Shaquir Rashaun, to a dance-off. The video was captioned:

"On behalf of me and my favorite girls @amirahoneal & @mearahoneal, we would like to challenge The O'Neal Guys @shaq @mylesboneal @shareefoneal & @shaqironeal to a dance off!!!..."

Shaunie and Shaquille O'Neal began dating in 1998, barely two years after the former NBA star broke up his relationship with the mother of his first child, Arnetta Yardbourgh.

The pair eventually got married in 2002 and share four children, Shareef Rashaun, 19, Amirah Sanaa, 18, Shaquir Rashaun, 16, and Me'arah Sanaa, 13, during their decade-long relationship.

Both Shaunie and Shaq had a child from their past relationships before getting married. Shaunie had a son Myles, and Shaq had a daughter, Taahira, with former girlfriend, Arnetta Yardbourgh.

The couple initially split in 2007 after allegations of infidelity on Shaq's part but briefly reconciled. Shaunie eventually filed for divorce in 2009, but the couple has managed to work out a healthy co-parenting relationship. Speaking about her relationship with Shaq, the "Basketball Wives LA" star explained,

"We're great now, but it took a long time like we definitely did not have the relationship that we have now the first few years..."

Like his ex-wife, Shaquille O'Neal hasn't been keeping it quiet during the self-isolating period. The 48-year-old basketball legend recently shared a video of himself DJing at a supposed party he hosted in his kitchen.

In the video, Shaq can be seen letting loose atop the kitchen counter with his sons Shareef and Shaqir, stepson Myles O'Neal, and nephew Gregory Jordan.

Shaq continually shows off what a great bond he shares with all of his children on social media, and it is clear the self-isolation has just given him more time to spend with all of his six kids.
