Several celebrities have had a bit of a challenging time looking like their usual selves in this self-isolation period. DJ Khaled seems to fall into that category.
The recording artist/DJ shared a picture of himself on Instagram earlier this week. The photo was a collage, and it showed what Khaled looks like with the makeup and trim on one slide.
On the flip side, however, it showed what he looks like without any of that. The DJ explained that he’s now desperate to get a haircut, of course, while poking some fun at himself in the process.
Of course, he could choose to take matters into his own hands and give himself a trim.or have his wife give him the trim. However, Khaled appears to be dead set on getting a professional cut.
The producer is even contemplating getting some protective gear, so his barber can come to give him a smooth fade. He captioned the picture:
“I will get the haircut I will figure it out soon...Im get my Barbour a space suit stay tuned! I NEED MY BEARD ? OIL! Lol !”
Several of his friends and colleagues expressed how relatable the situation is in the comment section. Some even explained that they’re all in the same boat.
However, a lot of fans also had a field day laughing at the DJ, with some pointing out how normal he looks now.
Several other celebrities appear to have figured out the haircut problem.
Khaled’s hair first made headlines on Sunday. At the time, the Grammy winner shared a picture of himself and his family as they enjoyed some fun in the sun.
People immediately noted his haircut, with even celebrities commenting on how weird he looks without his usual trim. Fat Joe, another hip-hop artist, said at the time:
“I’m a come threw give u a cut lol.”
While Khaled seems to be working on getting his barber, however, several other celebrities appear to have figured out the haircut problem.
Last week, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry was on an Instagram Live video when Damian Lillard of the Portland Trailblazers asked where he got his haircut. Damian had commented on Stephen’s fresh look, adding that he also needed a trim.
Noticing the comment, the Warriors point guard quickly alluded that he had gotten his cut from his wife, Ayesha. From the looks of Stephen’s hair, however, Ayesha seems to have done an excellent job. Perhaps barbing was a hidden talent.
