Prince Louis Looks like Spitting Image of Kate Middleton's Father, Royal Fans Think

Prince Louis looked cute in recently released photos, and fans of the royal family think he looks exactly like his maternal grandfather, Michael Middleton.

Prince Louis is growing up fast, and fans of the Royal Family can't hide their amazement over his unbelievable resemblance with his mother's father, Michael Middleton.

In a recent Instagram post by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, they shared photos of their youngest son, who was pictured keeping busy with painting rainbows.

While the young prince looked adorable in his checkered shirt, which looked similar to an outfit previously worn by his father, what some fans could not help but notice was the striking similarity between the young prince and his grandfather, Michael.

One fan commented: "A little dote- the image of his Grandpa Middleton!" while another wrote, " So adorable. Looks like Kate's dad." Another user expressed his thoughts over the similarity by writing:

"He looks like Catherine's father, Michael Middleton!"

The cute images were shared ahead of the young royal's second birthday. According to the accompanying caption, the pictures had been previously taken by Louis' mother, Kate Middleton, earlier in April.

Meanwhile, with his heart-shaped face, rosy cheeks, and adorable gap-toothed smile, some fans believed the prince shared a more striking resemblance with his older brother, Prince George.

He was named Louis Arthur Charles with the last name given in honor of his paternal grandfather, Prince Charles of Wales.

A fan called out the resemblance with his comment, which he wrote as, " Yeah, he's the double of George." Another user also seemed to agree with the thought. He expressed this with a comment, "He's George's mini-me!"

A third fan added in agreement "He looks like Prince George. Such a gorgeous child! They all are! Wishing him a very happy birthday." Another person wrote:

"How much does he look like Prince George?"

Not everybody, however, agreed to the comparison of young Louis to either of his grandfather or his brother. With his brunette hair and defined eyebrows, some thought Louis to be the replica of his mother.

Prince Louis was welcomed to the royal family on the 23rd of April 2018. He is the third child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and ranks as the fifth in line to the British Throne.
