Tamela Mann let her followers know that it's still possible to shop for her namesake collection from the comfort of their homes, modeling a few of the newest pieces up for grabs. While the comfortable short-sleeved hoodie she wore could've easily stolen the show, fans noticed the actress' slimmer figure before anything else.
NOT LOSING SIGHT OF HER GOALS
Tamela has been working on living a healthier lifestyle in the past couple of months, and this quarantine period was no excuse for her to slack off and forget about maintaining her figure. In fact, it seems she's been putting in a lot of work as she looks absolutely stunning in her latest Instagram update.
Tamela Mann revealed that she's been ticking off things on her list of fitness goals.
HER WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Through the years, Mann revealed that she's lost 50 pounds since teaming up with the health program Weight Watchers, the same program endorsed by the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Loni Love. While she expressed her doubts about the program, she's ultimately happy that she gave it a chance.
“I didn’t think it was going to go as well, but I made my mind up to be healthier, and to be able to have accountability with WW and my coach.”
ENJOYING LIFE TO THE FULLEST
She credits her husband David for supporting her throughout her journey, which has led not just to a slimmer figure, but a much healthier lifestyle that allows her to enjoy life more than she used to when she had to worry about her weight.
In fact, in a recent update about her weight loss journey, Tamela Mann revealed that she's been ticking off things on her list of fitness goals. Now that she's able to run, her second goal is to have her husband lift her up easily.
