All siblings often fallout, but the sisters realized that their failure to communicate appropriately was the chief reason they had arguments, so they opted to go for therapy together. In an episode of "The Real," which Tamera co-hosts, the actress said:

"Obviously, it worked out great. But I will say this: ...growing up in a religious household, sometimes therapy is seen as a weakness."

Tamera revealed that her background frowned upon therapy in the light that all their problems should be taken to God, but the sisters felt that therapy was, in fact, from God.
