Popular actress Tamera Mowry took to Instagram to share an adorable throwback photo with her twin sister Tia and two brothers who she misses dearly.
Tamera Mowry-Housley shared a sweet throwback photo on Instagram, which featured her three siblings. The Mowry kids were huddled together in a warm embrace with bright smiles on their faces. She captioned:
"#FBF with the Mowry siblings! I can't wait for the day we can all be together again."
The old black and white showed Tamera dressed in a strapped dress. Her youngest brother, Tavior, was dressed in a graphic tee, standing beside the twin sisters, while their second brother, Tahj, stood to Tia's left with a wide grin.
The siblings looked happy, and Tamera, who was missing them terribly, revealed that she couldn't wait to see them as soon as the pandemic was over.
The actress's followers and fans fell in love with the photo and took to the comment section to express how lovely they thought the throwback was.
Their youngest brother, Tavior, however, followed his path of football and music.
Tamera and her twin sister first gained fame for their teen roles in the ABC 90s sitcom, "Sister, Sister." Although their bond was portrayed as unwavering, in real life, the sisters needed a little help with their communication.
All siblings often fallout, but the sisters realized that their failure to communicate appropriately was the chief reason they had arguments, so they opted to go for therapy together. In an episode of "The Real," which Tamera co-hosts, the actress said:
"Obviously, it worked out great. But I will say this: ...growing up in a religious household, sometimes therapy is seen as a weakness."
Tamera revealed that her background frowned upon therapy in the light that all their problems should be taken to God, but the sisters felt that therapy was, in fact, from God.
Tamera added that she and her sister were so different, and learning how to interact positively was important. This eventually helped them maintain their bond over the years.
In their joint reality show, "Tia and Tamera," which started in 2011 and ran till 2013, they dedicated an episode title to advocate for taking the brave step to getting therapy.
The sisters quickly became a Hollywood powerhouse, and their family became a house of talents when their brother, Tahj, made his solo acting debut in the WB sitcom "Smart Guy." Their youngest brother, Tavior, however, followed his path of football and music.
Tamera has made a great career path for herself as an actress, entrepreneur, and television personality. She married former Fox News correspondent, Adam Housley, in 2011, and they welcomed their second child, Ariah, in 2015.
