The novel coronavirus pandemic has put numerous things on hold. However, these celebrity families are still growing.

On March 23, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd welcomed their son, Hayes, as reported by US Weekly. Morris took to her Instagram account to share the news.

Along with a photo of herself and her newborn baby, the Grammy winner, 29, wrote, "Hayes Andrew Hurd. 3/23/20. Love of our lives."

Morris also shared a picture of her husband with her little bundle of joy and Hurd, 33, kissing her while she's laying in the hospital bed.

That same month, another lucky couple, Rachel Bloom and her husband Dan Gregor, also welcomed the newest addition to their family, a baby girl.

"She's here. She's home," Bloom announced on Instagram. "Having a baby in the NICU during a pandemic while a dear friend was in the hospital 3,000 miles away made this by far the most emotionally intense week of mine and Gregor's lives."

Meanwhile, Richard Gere and Alejandra Silva secretly welcomed their second baby in their New York home. ¡Hola! Magazine revealed the great news on April 23, according to US Weekly.

Other celebrity couples who welcomed their new baby during the COVID-19 pandemic include Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge, Iskra Lawrence and Philip Payne, Jill Wagner and David Lemanowicz, and Loren Brovarnik and Alexei Brovarnik.

Regardless of the uncertainty, the soccer star is excited to meet her baby girl.

Meanwhile, here are the celebrities who opened up about being pregnant in the midst of the novel coronavirus pandemic, as reported by PEOPLE.

On April 15, Ciara tweeted that the "life of a pregnant woman in Covid-19 Era is very interesting." She also shared that her husband Russell Wilson needed to FaceTime from the car since partners aren't permitted in at doctor's appointments at this moment.
