that she would be starting a Purist wellness series on Instagram Live to help fans and followers practice yoga.
Cristina would be hosting the session with Erika Halweil, and they would be teaching their viewers some introductory sun salutation and standing yoga poses.
Cristina would also be hosting another program on Instagram Live, which is focused on the mental well-being of people amid the pandemic titled, "Mental Health: Mitigating COVID-19."
Cuomo said that he was feeling well but was still confused.
Cristina has always been a firm believer in holistic and herbal approaches to health. While she was down with the viral illness, she took the more unconventional route of treating herself with herbal medicine.
The mother of two shared her intriguing list of coronavirus remedies in a blog post, adding that it could also help people build a better immune system. She wrote:
"...I added ½ cup of Clorox to my bathwater to combat the radiation and metals in my system and oxygenate it."
Apart from her brow-raising Clorox baths, she also used Peruvian bark, glutathione powder, an antioxidant, the medicinal florals xanthium, and magnolia. Cristina swore by the curious mix and owes her quick recovery to the remedy.
The 50-year-old's diagnosis came just some days after her husband tested positive for the virus. Chris recovered from his illness as well, as he shared an update for his fans on his well-being.
Cuomo said that he was feeling well but was still confused about whether, already having the virus and the antibodies meant that he was now immune to the virus.
He also revealed that his teenage son, Mario, also had COVID-19, but the boy was doing very well and would be fine as long as they keep taking good care of him.
Despite the skeptical views about Cristina's methods of getting better, fans are relieved that she and her family are forging through the challenging period.
