According to Vogue, the supermodel made the admission in a clip that was shared via the show's YouTube page ahead of the April 30 show. After Jimmy proclaimed his congratulations to her, Gigi stated that:
"Obviously we wished we could have announced it on our own terms, but we're very excited and happy and grateful for everyone's well wishes."
The expectant mother and her man have been isolating at her mother, Yolanda Foster's farm in Pennsylvania, alongside Gigi's sister, Bella. It was there that the trio celebrated Gigi's 25th birthday with a bagel cake, according to a Daily Mail report.
The supermodel is 20 weeks along and the families of both Gigi and Zayn are very excited about welcoming the couple's first child together.
Gigi revealed that they tried to make a day of it by having a breakfast party which was followed by a dinner party later on.
As it turned out, the bagel cake, which they had in the morning, was the best part for the soon-to-be mother who divulged that her craving has been "everything bagels." In fact, the 25-year-old told Jimmy that:
"I eat an everything bagel everyday, so I was already so excited that my birthday cake was an everything bagel."
Just hours before she opened up about her pregnancy, People reported that Gigi's mother had already broken the news to RTL Boulevard.
The 36-year-old excitedly stated that she couldn't wait to become an "Oma" in September, especially as the good news came soon after her mother's death.
According to a TMZ report, the supermodel is 20 weeks along and the families of both Gigi and Zayn are very excited about welcoming the couple's first child together.
The news of the pregnancy comes barely three months after they confirmed that they were back together in February. People recalled that the supermodel and the singer first started dating in November 2015 before they broke up briefly in March 2018.
