Actress Tamela Mann takes to Instagram to share a stunning mirror selfie of herself in which she shows off her gorgeous curves, and her fans gush about how great she looks in their comments.

Tamela Mann, an actress and gospel singer, took to her Instagram to wow her fans with a stunning selfie of herself. She was dressed in a fitted black knee-length dress that showed off her curves after she lost weight. Captioning her mirror selfie post, Tamela wrote:

Mann accessorized with a simple black choker, silver hoops, a bracelet, and a wristwatch with a brown strap. Her feet were encased in pristine white sneakers, and she gave a radiant smile.

In 2019, Tamela took her weight loss journey by the horns and steered towards a more productive path. She became an ambassador for a popular weight loss company called "Weight Watchers," and with hard work, determination and grit, she lost over 40 pounds.

Seeing how being a "Weight Watchers" ambassador had paid off for his wife, David, Tamela's husband and an actor decided to join the team and became an ambassador too. Describing how Tamela influenced him to take better care of his health and fitness, David said:

"Tamela really has been one of my biggest inspirations. She has completely changed the way she manages her health, and it honestly inspired me to join WW."

David added that he noticed how dedicated his wife had become despite just coming out of life-changing knee surgery that same year. Something clicked in him, and he knew he had to join her.

Mann added that he also had a wake-up call when he went to the doctor's and realized that living as healthy as he could be was important because he had been diagnosed with prediabetes and hypertension some time ago.

Opening up about her weight loss journey, Tamela admitted that she not only decided to make the change for herself, but she also did it for her family.

She praised her husband endlessly for his immense support towards her while she was making the lifestyle change to become the person that she wanted to be.

The power couple has been together for more than three decades, and they revealed that they were high school sweethearts. Both David and Tamela are looking amazing and healthy, and they love life together.
