Kevin Hart Remembers Late Mom Nancy in an Emotional Mother's Day Post

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Comedian Kevin Hart appreciates his late mom Nancy Hart for her love and care.

Mothers are priceless. Their sacrifices and commitment towards their children cannot be described, and the love they often shower on their family most times does not go unnoticed.

Comedian and actor Kevin Hart took to Instagram to appreciate his late mother Nancy Hart on mother's day thanking her for her love.

The picture showed Kevin at a younger age with his mother at what looked to be Christmas time. The younger Kevin had on blue pajamas while his mother had on a blue dress, and both were concentrating on a parcel.

The two can be seen spotting huge smiles as they seemed to be in a little world of theirs. Captioning the image, the actor said:

"Happy Mother's Day, mom. You are missed daily. I love you... RIP Nancy Hart AKA The best mom to ever do it..."

For Kevin, the loss of his mother left him shattered as she had been the glue that held their family together. Nancy had been the one who singlehandedly raised Kevin and put him on a path of discipline.

According to him, his mother had ensured that he did not have enough time to get into trouble when he was growing up as they had come from a poor neighborhood that was riddled with young boys getting into trouble all the time.

She swore her family to secrecy when she found out she had ovarian cancer.

Not one to shy away from talking about his mother, Kevin revealed that Nancy had been entirely invested in his career when he was starting out. She offered to pay his rent for a year when he started as a stand-up comedian.

Following his post, fans flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts. While some joked that Kevin's height did not change, others encouraged him, stating that they were sure Nancy was proud of what he had achieved. Someone said:

"Keep your head up, Kevin. And keep up the good work. I am sure she is smiling down at you."

In his Netflix Docuseries, Kevin talks about how his mum sacrificed a lot for him and their family. He also recounts hilarious moments between them and how she swore her family to secrecy when she found out she had ovarian cancer.

She had informed them not to tell Kevin who was filming in Australia at the time. Although it has been almost 13 years since Nancy passed, Kevin never shies to express and show his love for her whenever he can.

While Kevin might have been feeling nostalgic during the mother's day celebration, he also had exciting news as he and Eniko Parrish revealed that they were going to be having a baby girl.
