Princess Beatrice recently gave a rare glimpse into her stunning London apartment where she is self-isolating with her fiance Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, during the ongoing COVID-19 induced lockdown.

The beautiful royal, who is the Queen's granddaughter, appeared in a video message to the charity "Forget Me Not Children's Hospice," to which she is an ambassador.

In the video, the Princess can be seen seated in an exquisitely furnished living room with a monochrome theme and beautiful cream curtains. Behind her is a black and white picture frame hanging on the wall. And a vase with some fancy twigs can also be spotted in the background.

In the clip which was shared on the charity's YouTube channel, Beatrice addressed the families and children who are being supported by the efforts of the charity. She said:

Princess Beatrice has been a royal patron for the hospice since 2013, and she continued by stating that she is aware of the difficulties they are facing but reassured them of her continued support.

The Duchess of York's daughter ended the emotional video by sending "all her love" and support to those who rely on the care provided by the hospice but are currently self-isolating.

Apart from the recent video message, Princess Beatrice has been very quiet during the COVID-19 lockdown. The royal who is known to share a very close relationship with her mum has been away from her family since the beginning of the lockdown.

Meanwhile, her parents Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, are currently quarantining at the Windsor property with Princess Eugenie and her husband. Last Friday, Sarah shared a rare family photo to celebrate International Family Day. Sarah penned down a warm tribute to her family in the caption:

"On International Family Day... I am so proud of our united loving family."

Beatrice and her fiance were scheduled to tie the knot later this month on May 29, but the novel Coronavirus pandemic has forced the wedding to be postponed.

The couple was billed to exchange marital vows in a lavish but intimate ceremony with close friends and members of the royal family at the Chapel Royal in St. James Palace.

In a related development, the lovebirds were also forced to cancel their reception, which would have been hosted at the Buckingham Palace gardens.

Since the 2011 wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Queen has not hosted a wedding party within Palace grounds, and friends of the couple will have to keep their fingers crossed until a new date is communicated.
