Arnold Schwarzenegger Looks Forward to Being Katherine and Chris Pratt's Baby's Grandpa
Arnold Schwarzenegger told Jimmy Kimmel about how eager he was to play with his grandchild when the time comes. Apparently, the Terminator has a soft side.
On Monday, Arnold Schwarzenegger appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," where he talked about the coronavirus pandemic lockdowns and life in isolation.
Arnold, 72, is a father to five children, only two of which are currently with him during the stay-at-home orders. The clip with host Jimmy Kimmel is found below.

THE TERMINATOR CAN'T WAIT FOR GRANDCHILD
After boasting how he managed to stay fit to the former California governor, Kimmel inquired after Arnold's feeling about becoming a grandfather, thanks to his daughter Katherine.
Katherine and her husband Chris Pratt are a year into their marriage and announced they were expecting back in April. Kimmel brought up the topic, and Arnold's response was heartwarming.
"I mean, that is really exciting news that Katherine now, you know be pregnant and have a baby — I don't know when exactly. Sometime this summer," said "The Terminator" alum.
ARNOLD READY TO PLAY AND SAVE THE WORLD
He continued to gloss over details as he reiterated how much he was looking forward to playing with the coming family member, be it a girl or a boy. Arnold also noted something else.
He explained: "I was just thinking about the gene pool. I mean, think about this for a second: It is part Kennedy and part—you know, there's three gene pools here. You can do Kennedy, Schwarzenegger, and Pratt."
The beloved actor went on to talk about how the baby might solve the Cuban Missle Crisis, train dinosaurs, and kill Predators alongside grandpa with his bare hands.
WE HOPE THE CHILD DOESN'T INHERIT THIS
One thing Arnold doesn't want is for the tot to inherit his heavy, unrelenting accent. Arnold only had to wait two years for a grandkid since his daughter and her partner met in 2018.
Katherine was motivated by her mother, Maria Shriver, to work on getting into one of the most important roles ever — motherhood. Last Mother's Day, Katherine thanked her mom for her inspiration.
Shriver replied to the sweet words with a heartwarming comment: "Love you to the moon and back, it's an honor to be your mama." Katherine has a great role model for when the time comes.
ARNOLD GOES TO THE BEACH AMID CORONA
We hope that she'll be able to take her coming child out into the sun when he or she does arrive. Back in April, dad Arnold decided to go out despite the COVID-19 situation.
Wearing a mask branded with a variation of his signature line, "We'll be back," Arnold visited a California beach on his bike with a pair of sunglasses and a blue coat.
While some followers took issue with the outing, Arnold seemed confident as he spread encouragement in his caption. He further asked for donations to an organization called After School All-Stars, which helps with COVID-19 efforts.
