Clint Eastwood Turns 90 and Is Reportedly Grateful for His 8 Kids and Girlfriend Christina

Clint Eastwood turned 90 and is reportedly thankful for every member of his family.

He celebrated his 90th birthday on the 31st of May and reports have claimed that Clint Eastwood is feeling grateful for his large family.

A source recently informed Closer Weekly that the actor is comforted by the fact that his children live close to him and that he is continuously in touch with all his eight children and their families.

[Clint Eastwood] later turned to directing films and made his directorial debut with the 1971 psychological thriller “Play Misty for Me.”

The source added that the “Rawhide” star is also grateful for his girlfriend, Christina Sandera, with whom he has been spending quality time with. Speaking about Christiana, who has been together with Clint since they met in 2014, the insider said:

“He’s truly happy with her. She’s fun, easygoing and his kids like her, too. She’s on an even keel like he is.”

According to Britannica, Clint became a force to reckon with on the international front following his appearance in Sergio Leone’s Dollars Trilogy known as “A Fistful of Dollars,” “For a Few Dollars More,” and “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.”

The three films got played in the United States, where they gained immediate commercial successes and cemented Clint’s career as a box-office star.

The actor later turned to directing films and made his directorial debut with the 1971 psychological thriller “Play Misty for Me.”

The thriller was followed by several other projects including “High Plains Drifter,” “The Eiger Sanction,” and “The Outlaw Josey Wales.”

With the number of years that he has spent as a successful actor and director, The Guardian pointed out that part of his secret was that he was always working as he has learned that sometimes, things work out and other times, it falls flat.

When his movies “White Hunter” and Black Heart failed to sway the audience, he made a comeback with the award-winning 1992 film, “Unforgiven.” Several years after that movie’s release, Reuters reported that the actor was open to making another Western film.

Meanwhile, Closer Weekly recalled that he took them along for the 2018 premiere of his movie, “The Mule.” Even his first wife, Margaret “Maggie” Johnson and his girlfriend were in attendance.

However, fans were shocked when they saw Laurie – the child that the actor never knew existed until she went looking for her biological parents - at the premiere.
