Keshia Pulliam recently shared an adorable photo of her toddler alongside a powerful message that supports the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Discrimination has been present in several parts of the globe since time immemorial, and while some places have progressed, others have gone backward.

Today, amid the coronavirus pandemic, people from around the globe are fighting for something that should no longer exist -- racism.

In April, Pulliam revealed her first photo with the man who has captivated her heart after her divorce, Brad James.

PULLIAM’S POWERFUL POST

Keshia Pulliam recently became one with those who spoke against the discrimination going on in America through her latest Instagram post.

The actress posted a cute photo of her daughter, Ella, taking a dip in the pool while holding a beach ball above her head.

Pulliam’s little one looked adorable in a red Minnie mouse swimsuit and pink star-shaped sunglasses. However, the post was not to share about her toddler’s day or adorable outfit but to support the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

“Black mothers should NOT have to fear that our children will be killed when they walk out the door simply for being black in America!!” she wrote in her caption.

As a woman of color, “The Cosby Show” alum spoke about having to protect her child, along with other black, from those who use appearance and race as a basis for treatment.

RAISING ELLA GRACE

Pulliam shares her daughter with Ella Grace Hartwell with her ex-husband and former NFL player, Ed Hartwell.

The pair welcomed their child in 2017, a year after tying the knot and a few months after deciding to have a divorce.

After battling for child support and custody, the mom-of-one won primary custody of their daughter and $3,007 in child support.

FINDING LOVE AGAIN

In April, Pulliam revealed her first photo with the man who has captivated her heart after her divorce, Brad James.

The actress’ Instagram story featured her boyfriend candidly using his phone while she smiled before him.

Pulliam’s photo had a timestamp dated November 13, 2018, which is, perhaps, around the time the two started dating.
