TYLER PERRY'S HOME INVESTMENT

Perry purchased the property for only $9 million in 2007, and he renovated the estate which is why it nearly doubled in price. In 2016, he sold it to evangelist and entrepreneur David Turner for $17.5 million.

Although they've decided to purchase another estate in Atlanta, they currently reside in a huge home, where they would often spend time with their happy blended family.
