Prince Harry's Ex Cressida Bonas Speaks out about Lessons She Learnt after Their Split
Cressida Bonas has learned a lot after her split with Prince Harry. She opened up about the lessons she had from her past relationship with the British royal.
The 31-year-old actress explained that she has grown confident since she parted ways with Harry in 2014. Bonas also realized how important it is to make bold decisions for herself, as reported by Daily Telegraph.
"I have grown confident and fortunately I have learnt not to sweat the small stuff too much," Bonas said. "And I just think it has definitely given me a stronger sense of purpose and a stronger sense of what I want or don’t want."

FEARING THE LABEL
Aware that she dated a member of a royal family, Bonas revealed one thing she dreaded in the past. She feared being labeled as an "It girl," as reported by US Weekly. Bonas said:
"I think terms like that are very narrow-minded."
As she continues to build herself as a versatile actress, Bonas hopes that people would see how hard-working she is in her chosen craft. She does not want to be boxed into the IT girl label.

REMAINED FRIENDS
The former couple met in 2012 when Prince Harry's cousin Princess Eugenie introduced him to the actress. Their relationship failed to sail through as they ended it after two years, as reported by US Weekly.
Even if their love story has ended, Bonas remained friends with Harry. She even attended the prince's 2018 royal wedding with Meghan Markle.
Bonas announced her engagement to Harry Wentworth-Stanley in 2019.

ENGAGEMENT NEWS
The actress, however, found herself her own prince, who coincidentally shares the same name with the British Royal. Bonas announced her engagement to Harry Wentworth-Stanley in 2019.
The newly-engaged couple already met way before the prince entered the picture. When Bonas broke up with Harry, she resumed her relationship with Wentworth-Stanley, a property developer, as reported by The Sun.

Bonas shared an engagement selfie with her fans on Instagram, where she showed off the ring given by her husband-to-be. It shows that Wentworth-Stanley proposed to her in a field in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
With the ongoing threat of coronavirus around the world, the couple's planned wedding has been postponed. Bonas said they are yet to figure out their next move, as reported by US Weekly.
