The Sun: Bear Brown Has Legally Been Declared the Father of His Ex-girlfriend' Baby Boy
Bear Brown from “Alaskan Bush People” has been in a custody battle with his ex-girlfriend over a son that she claimed was his. New reports now reveal that a judge has declared that the child was the reality stars.
Bear, 31, has been found as the father to ex-girlfriend Raiven Adams's baby boy, River, 13-weeks-old, according to “The Sun.” The State of Alaska declared that it had "clear and convincing evidence that Solomon Isaiah Brown [Bear Brown] is the biological father of the minor child."
The reality star had initially denied that he was the little boy’s father. However, in May 2020, he performed a DNA test and confirmed he was the boy’s parent.

DNA TEST
In an Instagram video, Bear announced: “Hey everybody, I've got some awesome news to share with you all. It is one hundred percent official.” He added: “River is my son, I got the results in today.”
The reality star explained that he never doubted the child’s paternity but wanted to be sure so he could have “equal rights as a parent.” He ended up filing for a DNA test on March 12, 2020, after Adams asked for sole custody of their son.
FILING FOR JOINT CUSTODY
She filed for sole custody after her ex-boyfriend filed for joint custody. Court documents stated that it was in the newborn’s best interests for his mother to get “primary physical custody of the minor child.”
Baby River was born prematurely on March 9, 2020. At the time, Adams claimed Bear had ignored her requests for him to come to see the child.
AVOIDING COVID-19
He later explained that he’d stayed away to avoid risking the boy’s life amid the novel coronavirus outbreak. In February, Adams filed a restraining order against him claiming he was exhibiting “erratic” and “abusive” behavior.
BEAR’S RESTRAINING ORDER
However, three days before River’s birth, Adams dropped the restraining order. Bear, who is the meat hunter in his family, alleged that he only found out about the boy’s birth afterward.
