Inside Rapper LL Cool J's Life as a Father of 4
Apart from a successful musical career, rapper LL Cool J has achieved a remarkable feat as a father. He shares three beautiful daughters and a son with his adorable wife.
The rap icon was born James Todd Smith but later took on the name "LL Cool J," meaning "Ladies Love Cool J." He is famous for his craft but never allowed the glitz and glamour of the industry to interfere with how he chose to live his private life.
He is currently married to Simone Smith. The couple has been together for nearly three decades as they exchanged vows about twenty-four years ago.

The couple are parents to their son, Najee, and daughters, Italia, Nina, and Samaria. As mentioned earlier, LL Cool J was intentional about what he wanted for his family from the onset.
He's also been vocal about his principles as a parent. The rapper once mentioned that he's confident in his kids and tells them from time to time to be who they want to be, not by anyone's standard, but by theirs. This doesn't mean that he isn't supportive of them; in fact, he tries to empower them in any way he can.
Shuffling work and being an attentive parent is another way to be a great parent, according to the father of four. He also thinks that making sacrifices and spending quality time with his kids must be prioritized. The artist who doubles as an actor is also an excellent lover boy. LL Cool J loves his woman as much as he loves their children.
The entire episode has not only brought the couple closer but made them advocates of a campaign known as "Beat Cancer Like A Boss."
The couple graduated from being teenage lovers eight years after they met, to putting a grave commitment on their relationship by saying their "I dos" in 1995.
Before their marriage turned 10-years, the duo was faced with a health challenge. Simone was diagnosed with rare bone cancer. She was required to undergo a 15 hours surgery, with nearly three years set as her full recovery date when she would conveniently walk again.
Her man stood by her through the toughest of times and even wanted to sacrifice his fibula. The entire episode has not only brought the couple closer but made them advocates of a campaign known as "Beat Cancer Like A Boss," where they donate a particular sum from time to time.
The parents both have an enviable relationship with their kids. The rapper also loves to share hilarious and revealing conversations with his kids.
Love is a fundamental theme in their household. When their oldest daughter Italia had her baby shower in 2018, it was a luxurious Moroccan themed party hosted by her parents.
