Marie Osmond Gushes over Best Friend Darla Sperry during Special 'The Talk' Episode

Marie Osmond introduced her legion of fans to her best friend, Darla Sperry, on the recent episode of "The Talk." Sperry is also her manager.

During her guest appearance on the popular talk show on June 11, Sperry and Osmond opened up about how they "clicked" with one another in the first place.

"We've been friends for 43 years," Sperry revealed. She then explained that she initially met Osmond in the late '70s when she tried out to be a dancer at Osmond Studios in Utah.

THE DOUBLE DATE

Osmond added that she and Sperry just clicked on so many levels, including their values and the significance of genuine friendship.

Nonetheless, one thing Osmond cherished the most about her best friend was that she didn't use her to get to her eight brothers.

One of Osmond and Sperry's most memorable experiences was when they went on a double date with each other's husband.

APPRECIATING HER FRIENDSHIP

"What happened was, I was dating Greg, [Darla's] husband and she was dating Steve [Craig], my husband," Osmond said. "And we went on a date and we just said, 'Do you like him? Yeah. I kind of like him,' and we switched. So we ended up marrying the other person's date."

With a giggle, Osmond uncovered that they wound up marrying the other person's date, as reported by Closer Weekly. The "Read My Lips" performer also said that she values Sperry's friendship since she has consistently been there for her.

Osmond is known for always looking flawless and breathtaking.

SPENDING TIME WITH JEREMY

Meanwhile, Osmond recently spent a day with Jeremy, Donny Osmond's son, in order to celebrate his 39th birthday, according to Closer Weekly.

While the two hit the pool with Jeremy's family, his wife, Melisa, documented all of the fun moments they had on social media.

In one photo posted to Melisa's Instagram Stories, Osmond is seen smiling next to her, Jeremy, and their three children. In another picture, Osmond wrapped her arms around Jeremy's kids while they posed for a photograph.

Osmond is known for always looking flawless and breathtaking, according to Distractify. She always makes sure that she's dolled up from head to toe.

The television personality recently surprised her fans with her blonde and shorter locks, which she debuted in an episode of "The Talk." Osmond had always opted to maintain her natural, brunette hair.
