Kathie Lee Gifford’s daughter, Cassidy Gifford, recently became a “Mrs” after she walked down the aisle with her fiancé, Ben Wierda.

Cassidy Gifford, daughter of television presenter Kathie Lee, recently said 'I do' to her fiancé, Ben Wierda, in a Tennessee affair, Us Weekly has confirmed.

Just before “The Baxters” star walked down the aisle, her 66-year-old mother couldn’t stop from sharing how excited she was about the upcoming event.

The news of Cassidy’s engagement came six months after her brother popped the big question to his girlfriend of more than five years, Erika Brown, in May 2019.

While Kathie posted an Instagram photo of herself riding a tractor in Tennessee, her daughter dropped engagement snaps of her and her beau ahead of their big day.

Back when her man proposed in November 2019, Cassidy used the F. Scott Fitzgerald quote, “It’s always been you,” to break the news to her fans and followers. The actress later opened up about how Ben popped the question via an Instagram Story that she captioned with:

“Fiancé proposes while I’m face deep in a quesadilla just so he can tell that story forever.”

On Kathie’s part, ET Canada reported that the songwriter shared news of the engagement with a cute photo of the couple which was captioned “So thrilled to announce that my beautiful daughter, @cassidygiff is engaged to a wonderful man, Ben...”

According to CNN, Cassidy didn’t hesitate to post an image of her brother and Erika as she claimed that she was the “most excited to welcome my already sister @missamerikabrown into the craziness.”

Even though 30-year-old Cody has not officially announced the date of his wedding to Erika, many people already know that Cassidy will be Erika’s maid honor.

Amid the engagement and wedding news from the family, Fox News revealed that Cassidy shared an Instagram Story that showed the uncanny resemblance between her and her mother.

In the story, Cassidy, who has been quarantining with her mother, was seen rocking a black tank top, which she paired with sunglasses and a large straw hat.

When the camera turns to her famous mother, fans catch a glimpse of Kathie wearing the same combination with her daughter.
