Chrishell Stause will no longer go by her ex-husband's last name, Hartley. On July 13, Stause and her ex, Justin Hartley were in a settlement conference. During this conference, Stause's request to have her name restored to Terrina Chrishell Stause was granted.

The news comes shortly after Stause slammed her "Selling Sunset" co-star, Christine Quinn, who made some claims about Stause's and Hartley's marriage.

During an interview with Page Six, Quinn claimed that the former couple was already having some issues and saw a marriage counselor before their split.

Although Quinn admitted that the cause of the divorce remains unknown to her, she, however, stated that it was not linked to infidelity. Last November, Hartley filed for divorce from Stause after being married for two years. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation.

While speaking at the time, a source revealed that Hartley's request for a divorce came as a surprise to both Stause and friends who were close to the couple.

Hartley is choosing to move on and give love another chance.

Hartley and Stause went on their first date after being encouraged by a mutual friend, and by the end of the evening, the duo knew they would have something beautiful together.

After dating for nearly three years, Hartley proposed in July 2016, and while they were preparing for their wedding, Hartley could hardly stop gushing about his bride-to-be.

On October 28, 2017, the couple tied the knot in an elegant Malibu ceremony with Hartley's daughter, Isabella, whom he welcomed with Lindsay Korman, acting as the flower girl and the ringbearer.

A few months after Hartley filed for divorce, Stause opened up about the split, during which she expressed her surprise and sadness.

While Stause might still be nursing the pain of her unexpected divorce, Hartley is believed to be dating someone new. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Hartley has developed a close relationship with actress Sofia Pernas, and the duo might be more than friends.

In May, Hartley and Pernas were spotted locking lips, and according to a source, the two had been spending a lot of time together in a bid to know each other more.

Although Hartley and Pernas have only just started their romance, they have been co-stars on the show, "The Young & The Restless" for a while.

Hartley appeared on the series as Adam Newman from November 2014 to September 2016, while Pernas portrayed Marisa Sierras from June 2015 to May 2016.

Despite his two failed attempts at marriage, it appears Hartley is choosing to move on and give love another chance.
