An insider recently shared that fashion designer Mary-Kate Olsen, 34, is still up and running even after news of her divorce from her French baker husband, Olivier Sarkozy.

Sarkozy and Mary-Kate were married for five years before she decided to end the union in May. A source claimed that amid the fact that her marriage was unsuccessful, she is not having trouble in her work life and that the fashion icon is "doing really well."

The 34-year-old is unrelentingly working hand in hand with her twin sister, Ashley Olsen. Even though Mary-Kate lives in the Hamptons, in a $325,000 rental home, she has been taking trips to New York, to work in her Manhattan office.

Despite the immense wealth that the Olsen sisters have, they have continued to engage in creativity and business. A source revealed that they have an intense passion for what they do and that it is not about the money for them.

Reportedly, Mary-Kate's passion is respected by her ex-husband, who is equally proud of her accomplishments. While speaking to ET, the source said:

"He very much respects her work ethics...Her career is a big part of who she is, and he never would want to change who she is."

The fashion designer and her legal team first filed a summons and complaint lawsuit in May, after she claimed that her former husband was keeping her away from their New York City residence amid the pandemic.

The lawsuit was presented in a Manhattan Court. However, the judge did not accept it, as only emergency or essential fillings are being accepted due to the ongoing global health crisis.

The 34-year-old may not have a great love life, but she has very supportive friends and family that have rallied around her during this time.

Her legal team then followed up the first lawsuit with an emergency divorce filing, which was again denied as Michael Katz, a Supreme Court Justice, did not grant further proceedings of the suit.

The marriage between the two has gone sore, and according to an insider, things are messy, and Mary-Kate does not want to be part of the drama anymore.
