The former NBA star’s daughter has grown up to be a beautiful young woman that has followed his father’s steps and is about to start her college basketball years, all while staying in style.

Shaquille O’Neal’s 18-year-old daughter Amirah is passionate and talented for basketball, something that is not exactly surprising considering her legendary father. She is also an incredibly beautiful young woman and she is not shy about it.

In a recent post on her Instagram feed, Amirah appeared posing for pics at her apartment’s balcony, flaunting her natural beauty while wearing a casual, sporty, and homely look that proves she doesn’t need much to look amazing.

Amirah wore denim shorts that left her toned and athletic legs visible, and she tastefully paired it with a black top. She let her curly hair loose and completed the outfit with sneakers in white, black, and bright green.

As a caption for the image, Amirah quoted the song “Do Better,” by rapper Gunna, cryptically adding the emojis of a shooting star and an electric guitar.

BASKETBALL SISTERS

Amirah also shares her love for basketball with her younger sister Me’Arah, 14, and up until recently, the two of them made the perfect duo in the court as members of their high school’s competitive team.

But now that Amirah has graduated from high school, she will be attending Louisiana State University, her father’s and her older brother Shareef’s Alma Mater, where she will be playing basketball with the Tigers.

“THE BROTHER SISTER DUO! Congrats to my sister on committing to LSU,” 20-year-old Shareef tweeted after Amirah made the announcement in her social media.

As for Me’Arah, she still has a couple of years left at Crossroads High School in Santa Monica, California before graduating, but it wouldn’t be surprising if, when the time comes, she follows the family tradition and commits to LSU.

BIG FAMILY

Shaquille and his former wife Shaunie share a total of four children together. Apart from Shareef, Amirah, and Me’arah, the two are also parents to son Shaqir, now 17.

Shaunie entered her marriage to Shaquille with son Myles, from a previous relationship. The Los Angeles Lakers star also fathered a daughter, Taahirah, with his former girlfriend Arnetta Yardbourgh before marrying.
