Inside Jennifer Garner's Emotional Talk – Her Thoughts about Life in Lockdown
Garner's revelation came in an Instagram video that she published yesterday. In the clip, the actress spoke on several topics with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts, a yoga and meditation instructor from New York City.
The discussion's theme was meditation and acceptance. It was particularly timely, especially with many struggling to come to terms with the world in which they live.

However, while they spoke about a wide array of things, Garner's insights on her children were particularly interesting. In part, Garner explained that she was quite lucky to have everything she needed.
Still, she had heard a lot of talk from her friends around. So far, many appeared to be concerned about their children. Garner explained,
"I'm really thinking about my kids. And what their experience is going to be."
Expatiating, Garner pointed out that her kids were lucky to be at good schools. So, they could still learn while on lockdown. At the same time, she couldn't help thinking about the millions of kids who weren't so lucky. So, this brings about some form of depression.

Garner's concerns are quite insightful. The pandemic has affected schools significantly, with pretty much all of them having to close.
The fanciest schools can run classes online, but not everyone can afford it. On what this could mean for her children, Garner said,
"What is this year full of transitions going to look like for kids, for my family, how can I keep joy in learning for them? Or help them just continue to find their resilience?"
The actress, teary-eyed at this point, explained that all of this was too heavy. If it was so much for her, she couldn't imagine how her children must feel. However, she pointed out that she has been doing her best to help out and keep them upbeat.
Garner currently has three children — Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. All three are from her previous marriage to actor Ben Affleck.
The couple split in 2015 after a decade of marriage. However, while they're no longer together, they've been supportive of each other since their separation.
The actress's vulnerability at such a time is refreshing. If anything, it shows that she could relate to many parents' concerns.
