DUANE "THE DOG" CHAPMAN SMILES AGAIN
Fans who witnessed Chapman's pain over the loss of his wife are glad to see the reality star smile again by the side of his new love, fiancée Francie Frane.
The photo shows Chapman by Frane's side inside a car, and the reality star is grinning widely, while his fiancée seems to be enjoying a belly laugh. Chapman captioned the snap:
"We will be back to Virginia real soon . Aloha !"
A BROKEN VOW
Fans were surprised when Chapman announced his engagement to Frane since the bounty hunter had declared that even though he was open to new relationships, he would never marry again. There would never be another Mrs. Chapman after his beloved Beth. Now, Chapman believes that fate brought Frane into his life in order to give him a new chance at happiness.
Frane revealed that Chapman had unexpectedly proposed at her home in Colorado. She had gone out to fetch groceries, and when she returned, she found the house romantically lit by candles. Chapman then went down on one knee and asked the 51-year-old widow fore her hand in marriage.
PLANS FOR A BIG WEDDING
Chapman has declared that he wants to throw a big wedding to celebrate his love for Frane, which would be impossible during the current COVID-19 pandemic, so the couple will be holding off on tying the knot just yet. Chapman is aware that not all his fans are comfortable with his quick engagement, but he feels that life is too short to wait.
TRIBUTE TO BETH CHAPMAN'S MEMORY
In June, on the anniversary of Beth's death, Chapman and their children gathered in Hawaii to pay tribute to their beloved mother and wife -- and Frane was there by his side.
It seems clear that his 12 children approve of Frane -- even the ones he shares with Beth. Chapman has been married 5 times, including to Beth, and Frane will be his sixth wife.
