Michelle Williams rang in her 41st birthday with oomph. The singer and actress celebrated her birthday on July 23 and Kelly Rowland and Tina Lawson made it all the more special for her.

Lawson reposted the same picture to her Instagram and penned a loving tribute. Revealing the reason why she chose to repost the photo, she wrote:

"I had to repost this particular photo from [Kelly Rowland] because you were giving me Diana Ross the boss vibes."

Back in June, Rowland and Williams made headlines after it was revealed that Beyoncé was in tentative talks with the duo for a Destiny's Child reunion.

Although "Destiny's Child" split up in 2006, the ladies are still great friends.

The songstresses all rose to fame with their hits including "Say My Name," "Bootylicious," and "Survivor." Their band was managed by Beyoncé's father Mathew Knowles.

A PRECIOUS BOND

Beyoncé's mom was the designer for her daughter's group. In an interview with "Essence," Lawson revealed where she drew inspiration for the costumes from.

"The whole thing with Destiny's Child is that we always drew inspiration from the old Motown girl groups."

Rowland and Williams had a reunion at the Tyler Perry Studios grand opening gala in Atlanta in 2019. Beyoncé was not spotted in the red carpet, but she attended the event in a glittery gold dress.

Although Destiny's Child split up in 2006, the ladies are still great friends. Rowland and Williams even attended the premiere of Beyoncé's movie "The Lion King" in July last year.
