LisaRaye McCoy Shares Video of Herself Being Tested for COVID-19 — Inside Her Experience

LisaRaye McCoy showed bravery in a new social media video as she detailed her COVID-19 test while carrying fans along.

LisaRaye McCoy informed fans in a recent Instagram post that she was returning to work soon. However, new regulations require that she needs to take a COVID-19 test before returning to set.

The video clip showed McCoy at her home as she donned a casual white vest while her curls were packed in a lazy bun. In the clip, the "Single Ladies" actress went on to ask the examiner how the test would go.

LisaRaye McCoy left no stones unturned as she discussed her failed marriage with Michael Misick, the former prime minister of Turks and Caicos.

McCoy showed fans the long q-tips which were used to take swabs from her nostrils. Before the swabs were taken, McCoy expected the worst as she mentioned that people have talked about having q-tips up their nostrils and far into their skull areas.

In the end, the test turned out simple as McCoy heaved a sigh of relief. She also thanked her medical examiner towards the concluding part of the clip.

McCoy is known for her stunning beauty and acting prowess in Hollywood but the star actress is a doting mom and sweet grandma. Essence shares that she once made headlines after throwing a lavish baby shower for her daughter, Kai Morae.

The baby shower which was held in Los Angeles was a private affair with family and friends in attendance. Kai Morae took to social media where she thanked her star mom for the party.

Once speaking with She Knows, McCoy detailed the changes in her life when she became the first lady of Turks and Caicos, describing herself as a "fish out of water."

McCoy mentioned that it took her some time to get used to her political position. With time, she improved the tourism level in Turks and Caicos while establishing a film festival. Her acting career was not on hold so she was busy shuffling acting and performing her duties as first lady.

Ebony reports that McCoy left no stones unturned as she discussed her failed marriage with Michael Misick, the former prime minister of Turks and Caicos.

McCoy shared that her friend and fellow star, Duane Martin, contributed to how her marriage fell apart. McCoy, who first gained public attention in Tupac's music video, is currently into businesses as well as her acting career.
