As noted by Women's Health Magazine, the video which starts with a voice announcing the compilation of bops from the early 2000s featured the actress, her fiancé Alex, her daughter Emme, Nick Silva, a family friend and pro baseballer, and Alex's daughter Ella acting as the DJ.

Starting with "Dilemma" by Nelly, several hit songs rolled out as the family showcased different cool dance moves while also singing to the lyrics of songs like "Always on Time" by Ja Rule and "In Da Club" by 50 Cent.

The highpoint of the "dance party" was when J- Lo playfully shoved her daughter Emme out of view after Ludacris’ "Get Out The Way" came up, and Ella's surprised giggle afterward which just speaks volumes of the easy love enjoyed in the family.

As pointed out by ET, it was really fun to watch J-Lo kill it song after song while the girls struggled to figure out the lyrics and then Alex was just doing his own thing in the background, not really singing but flashing the "peace'" sign occasionally and grooving to the beat.

Although at some point, the whole family got really hyped up while dancing "Crank That." by Soulja Boy and it was all quite interesting to watch.
