LeAnn Rimes opted for a boho-chic vibe as she sang a cover of the hit song, “Fancy,” on Instagram for the first time in almost three decades.
LeAnn Rimes recently reminded her fans of her vibrant voice when she performed Reba McEntire’s hit song, “Fancy.” According to Inquisitr, the country music singer-songwriter, author, and actress, ensured that she rocked the right outfit for the performance which she shared on her Instagram page.
The outfit comprised a loose red dress that had a low neckline that hinted at her cleavage, a cowboy hat, and a pair of earrings. LeAnn’s post also included two videos that she used to explain that despite her love for “Fancy,” the adults around her stopped her from singing it when she was younger.
Her successful stride continued, and by 1998, LeAnn was given a Lone Star Film & Television Special Award for Rising Star Actress.
In fact, the 37-year-old joked in the post’s caption that “it only took me 30 years to sing ‘Fancy’ live... sorry mom.” As expected, LeAnn’s fans ensured that they showed her love in the comment section, with many of them stating that she is an “amazing singer.”
This wouldn’t be the first time LeAnn would wow an audience as she has been gaining accolades since she started singing at the young age of three.
Her IMDb page recalled that she made her first stage appearance when she partook in the Dallas musical production of “A Christmas Carol” at age 7.
LeAnn's next milestone came when she released an album that featured the song, “Blue” which earned her even more fame. By the time she was 15, LeAnn had won two Grammy Awards, an American Music Award, four Billboard Music Awards, and three Academy of Country Music Awards.
Her successful stride continued, and by 1998, LeAnn was given a Lone Star Film & Television Special Award for Rising Star Actress. Away from her thriving career, LeAnn has been happily married to Eddie Cibrian for nine years.
According to Country Living, Eddie and LeAnn's relationship started as an affair while she was still married to her first husband, Dean Sheremet. Dean and LeAnn were together for seven years until he discovered she was cheating on him with Eddie while on the set of "Northern Lights."
Although the "One Way Ticket" crooner confessed to cheating and hurting her ex-husband, she admitted that she didn't regret falling for Cibrian.
After a year of dating, Eddie proposed on December 24, 2010, and they walked down the aisle in 2011. The pair have no kids but LeAnn enjoys being a doting stepmother to Eddie's sons: Mason and Jake.
