Mike Trout and his wife of three years, Jessica Cox, just rang in the new month with the birth of their baby son. Presently, the duo can not help but bask in the afterglow of birth.

On his Instagram page, MLB's Mike Trout shared the exciting news with his fans while sharing an angelic image of the new-born.

THEY ARE IN LOVE!

The post featured a single snapshot of the baby boy wrapped in a quilt-styled swaddle cloth while his head was protected with a black woolen baby cap.

A signpost written in calligraphy announced in the baby's perspective that he had arrived! Trout's caption read:

"Our greatest gift from above. We are so in love."

Baby Beckham Aaron Trout was born on the 30th of July at precisely 5:10 pm. The baby boy weighed 7lb 10oz at birth. Beckham Aaron Trout's initials, BAT, is a creative allusion in honor of baseball!

While fans lined their congratulatory messages in the comments, some MLB colleagues were not left out as they joined in the celebration.

JESSICA'S PREGNANCY JOURNEY

Mike Trout, who plays as Angels' center fielder, first announced that he was becoming a dad, in March, when he shared a splendid gender reveal post on Instagram.

He also worried about the possibilities of him being in the labor room with Jessica.

The video revealed the proposed due date of delivery, while Trout, 28, let fans know they were expecting a boy. Trout excitedly added that he and his partner could not wait to become parents.

NEW PARENTS

Now that baby Beckham is here; the MLB awarded his dad a three-day paternity leave. For his team's opening game against the Mariners, Mike Trout will not be playing.

While his wife was pregnant, Trout was quite concerned about the delivery time amid the pandemic. He also worried about the possibilities of him being in the labor room with Jessica, while playing for his team.

Mike Trout expressed his inhibitions regarding the commencement of the MLB 2020 season. However, Trout has given his words to be part of the new MLB season.

Baby Beckham Aaron Trout got his middle name from Jessica's late brother. The couple said their vows back in 2017, and they've shown nothing but love for each other. Presently, the two could not be any more grateful for their greatest gift!
