Hollywood Life: Source Reveals Kim Kardashian's Priority Amid Ongoing Drama with Husband Kanye West

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West appear to be going through a bit of a rough patch currently. However, the doting mother of four is also understandably protective of her children and keeps them in mind.

Hollywood Life reported that the model and businesswoman is prioritizing her children and their safety over any issues that she could be having with the musician.

Kardashian had reportedly visited West at his ranch in Wyoming and is now back to her primary residence in Los Angeles. Regardless of what happens, she reportedly wants to protect her kids from any negativity.

As a source told the news medium, Kardashian had tried to reach West and she had to go to Wyoming. However, he wasn't so reachable.

While she was happy he surrounded himself with friends, she also had to leave and go back home. For now, she is getting support from her friends and family. The source added:

"Kim is just taking everything in her life day by day now. Her priority is protecting her kids. This is hard on her."

The source added that Kim would go to Wyoming if Kanye asked her. However, she has decided to give him some space for now. It's unclear where their relationship stands at the moment. As far as Kardashian is concerned, the children come first.

The couple — whom fans have come to know affectionately as "Kimye" — has been married for almost a decade. Their marriage has yielded four kids — North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm.

Kim was visibly in tears as she and West were having a conversation.

However, this year has been especially challenging for them. West kicked off his controversial presidential campaign last month and has since made some questionable moves.

One of those was going on a Twitter spree two weeks ago. In a series of tweets, West accused his wife of cheating on him with rapper Meek Mill.

The rapper and businessman also called Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, a White supremacist. He added that the family had tried to silence him from speaking out and were manipulating his kids against him.

The tweets immediately had fans and well-wishers concerned. While West apologized and many blamed his bi-polar disorder, Kardashian quickly went to Wyoming to check on him.

Reporters caught a glimpse of the couple in Wyoming. Kim was visibly in tears as she and West were having a conversation.

After such a tense couple of weeks, it's anyone's guess where the couple's relationship stands right now.
