With candles lit on what appeared to be a walkway, Wolfe got down on one knee to propose to a surprised Grimaldi who donned a pink top and jeans on the night of August 9.

In her caption, Grimaldi expressed joy over her engagement while adding that the day Wolfe proposed would forever be her favorite day. She added:

"YOU ARE MY EVERYTHING, AND I CANNOT WAIT TO BE FOREVER AND EVER WITH YOU!!!!!!"

Shortly after sharing the news, several fans and followers, including Grimaldi's ex-fiance, Nick Viall, took to the comments section where they shared their reaction.

Viall wrote, "Well, thank god I followed you back a week ago to hear this news. Congrats to you two! Lucky guy. ❤️?" with many others leaving well wishes for the newly engaged couple.

In 2019, Viall reportedly admitted to having a lot of resentment and anger towards Grimaldi.

Although it is not certain when Grimaldi and Wolfe started dating, she went public with it in January 2019 when she shared a photo of him with the caption: "MCM."

This came about two years after Grimaldi's split from Viall, whom she got engaged to while appearing on his season of the ABC dating show, "The Bachelor."

Their relationship was however short-lived, and the couple split five months after the season finale of the show, in 2017.

Last year, Grimaldi reportedly admitted that she believed her relationship with Viall happened for a reason while adding that if she had not gone on "The Bachelor," Wolfe might not have sent her a DM when he did.

Although Viall and Grimaldi seem to be on good terms currently, the ex-partners have not always been like this.

In 2019, Viall reportedly admitted to having a lot of resentment and anger towards Grimaldi while he spoke about their relationship.

At the time, Viall explained that he still had negative emotions towards their split because he believes that he and Grimaldi could have ultimately worked through the issues they had as a couple.

Almost a year now, it seems Viall has genuinely moved on and is even happy that Grimaldi got a second chance at love. After all, this could be her happily ever after fairytale.
