The couple soon returned to the same spot the following night and asked a staff member of the restaurant to ensure their privacy. It was that moment when Harry knew that Meghan was the woman he wanted for the rest of his life.

At their next meeting, they went on a spontaneous trip to Botswana, the place where they got to know each other better. The two then flew to London before heading back to Meghan’s hometown in Toronto, where she was filming for "Suits."

The book revealed that Harry flew under the radar with one security person in civilian clothes. Their six-month secret romance, however, was discovered when the prince used a private car in Toronto.

The car became the topic of a Facebook group living near Meghan’s home. The couple ended speculations when they appeared as a couple for the first time at the Toronto Invictus Games in September 2017 after over a year of dating.

The book also revealed that Meghan was secretly engaged around that time. Despite public criticisms, the couple has remained strong over the years. Meghan managed to weather the storms with Harry by her side.

Other than their love story, the couple also revealed in the book the name of their rescue dog. The couple adopted the dog shortly after their wedding.

The couple’s four-legged best friend was called “Pula,” a black labrador. The dog’s name has a special meaning as it is the official currency of Botswana, the place Meghan and Harry dated.

Aside from the currency, "Pula" means rain in the Setswana language. Like the rain, they considered their dog valuable and a blessing.
