Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom Maintain Positive Connection after Divorce — inside Their Bond
Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom were in a relationship for six years. Unlike many other ex-couples, they remained friends even after parting ways.
Kerr, the Australian model whose career skyrocketed in 2007 after being one of the Victoria's Secret Angels, and Bloom, the English actor best known as Will Turner in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" film franchise, started dating in the fall of 2007.

MIRANDA KERR AND ORLANDO BLOOM'S RELATIONSHIP
Throughout their time together, they kept the details of their relationship under the radar. However, in April 2008, they made their first public appearance together at a horseracing event in Australia.
The former couple made little-to-no headlines for over a year until June 2010, when they announced their engagement. Bloom and Kerr walked down the aisle in July of that year, but the details of their ceremony were not disclosed.
Only one month later, the Australian model revealed that she and her then-husband were expecting their first child together. Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr's son, Flynn, was born on January 6, 2011.
Sadly, on October 24, 2013, the former couple announced their separation and intention to end their marriage. Their divorce, which was also kept away from the spotlight, was finalized by the end of 2013.
KERR AND BLOOM ARE KEEPING IT FRIENDLY
In Hollywood, it is common to see nasty custody battles (or any other kind of legal dispute, really) when a relationship doesn't work.
Fortunately, this has not been the case with Kerr and Bloom's divorce, and they have proven how close they are to each other several times.
About one year after their split, Kerr confessed that, for her, it was vital that she and Bloom stayed on good terms for the sake of Flynn, adding that it was important to have two happy parents.
The actor seconded what his ex-wife said in 2014, making clear that it was essential for them to respect each other as much as they've always had and, of course, to make their son notice and understand it.
Years later, during a 2019 interview with Howard Stern, Bloom talked about the same topic and pointed out that he and Kerr have always had a great relationship. He explained:
"Miranda is like family. […] I always was like, 'Listen, we're gonna be in each other's lives for the rest of each other's lives; we have a child.'"
KERR AND BLOOM HANG OUT WITH EACH OTHER'S PARTNERS
Back on April 20, 2017, Bloom wished Kerr a happy birthday by posting on his official Instagram account a photo of a wooden table with sticks glued to it, forming the phrase "I [heart] U Mum," probably made by Flynn.
For the caption, Bloom described his ex-wife as "an amazing mother, co-parent, and friend."
If that wasn't a reason good enough to believe that they have an amicable relationship, Kerr and Katy Perry, Bloom's current partner, have hung out together several times.
For instance, on June 20, 2019, Kerr uploaded a photo posing next to Perry and their friend, Angela, in front of a floral wall. It is important to point out that the image was taken during Kerr's skincare line launch, Kora Organics.
At the moment, Miranda Kerr is married to Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel. They share two sons, Hart, born in May 2018, and Myles, born in October 2019.
Orlando Bloom, on the other hand, is engaged to Katy Perry. She is currently pregnant and expected to give birth this summer.
Luckily, they all have been matured enough to keep a healthy relationship! As the Daily Mail reported, the four of them have been spotted together during family trips. Last year, they even went to Italy.
Nowadays, Miranda Kerr is focused on her skincare line and her kids, who have yet to make their debut appearance on her Instagram account.
