WHY SHE WAITED TO BE A MOTHER
Motherhood definitely looks good on Mowry and she feels beyond blessed to have brought her children into the world. She welcomed her first child in her mid-30s and she has a pretty solid reason for it.
According to her, she waited to have kids because she was focused on her career as an actress and her studies. Once she got everything sorted out, she felt like she was ready.

In an interview with People, the actress opened up about the complications of having a baby during her mid-30s. She said:
"Of course, because I was older, my ankles swelled off, I couldn’t even fit my shoes anymore,” she adds. “I had to buy a whole new set of shoes. It was crazy."
MOTHERHOOD IS CHALLENGING
Mowry is in her 40s now and motherhood is not exactly a cakewalk. "It's harder to go from one to two as opposed to two to three but now I get it," she told E!.
It is definitely not easy to raise two kids while also tending to professional duties, but Mowry is taking it one day at a time and seems to be doing pretty well.
