In an Instagram post, "Sister, Sister" star Tia Mowry revealed the touching reason why she finds motherhood rewarding alongside a cute photo of her kids, Cree and Cairo Tiahna Hardrict.

Tia Mowry of "Sister, Sister" fame loves being a mother and it shows. The 42-year-old is a doting mom to her two children, Cree and Cairo.

Mowry often shares cute pictures of her children on Instagram. Seems like yesterday when she became a mother for the first time, but her little ones are already so grown up.

In an Instagram post, the actress reflected on what it is like to be a mother to her adorable children and shared why she feels it is a rewarding experience. She wrote:

"This is why #motherhoodis so rewarding. Seeing the #love that these two have for each other. It’s so #beautiful to witness."

Mowry's kids put the biggest smile on her face. In the post, she noted how Cree can make his baby sister happy and called him an incredible big brother.

Mowry is in her 40s now and motherhood is not exactly a cakewalk.

Motherhood definitely looks good on Mowry and she feels beyond blessed to have brought her children into the world. She welcomed her first child in her mid-30s and she has a pretty solid reason for it.

According to her, she waited to have kids because she was focused on her career as an actress and her studies. Once she got everything sorted out, she felt like she was ready.

In an interview with People, the actress opened up about the complications of having a baby during her mid-30s. She said:

"Of course, because I was older, my ankles swelled off, I couldn’t even fit my shoes anymore,” she adds. “I had to buy a whole new set of shoes. It was crazy."

Mowry is in her 40s now and motherhood is not exactly a cakewalk. "It's harder to go from one to two as opposed to two to three but now I get it," she told E!.

It is definitely not easy to raise two kids while also tending to professional duties, but Mowry is taking it one day at a time and seems to be doing pretty well.
