How Angelina Jolie Is Quarantining with Her 6 Kids Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

Angelina Jolie recently gave a briefing on how her family fared amid the quarantine while talking about her concerns on the novel coronavirus pandemic.

Movie icon Angelina Joile is gearing for the release of her new Disney movie, "The One and Only Ivan." While the Hollywood star has her hands full with productions, she has also been busy with her brood.

Jolie, a mom-of-six, sat in a virtual interview with Extras and opened up on how she and her loved ones handled the lockdown as they continue daily activities amid the pandemic.

JOLIE ON THE PANDEMIC

Angelina Jolie made it known that her oldest child, Maddox, is a student at Yonsei University in South Korea. Now that he is home, Maddox has been busy with school work through online classes. The star mom referred to her kids as a "nice big bunch."

Jolie relayed that her kids were helping one another out as they realize that they are lucky. The star actress went on to note those who were not so fortunate during the pandemic waves. The 45-year-old expressed her concerns for kids regarding the issue of domestic violence.

HER LOCKDOWN EXPERIENCE

Since the pandemic crisis, Jolie and her kids — Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne — have been quarantining at their Los Angeles mansion. The celebrity mom stated that it had been a smooth sail; however, homeschooling had its challenges.

Jolie decried the situation of ill-treatment based on skin color.

Jolie mentioned that the lockdown helped her grow closer to her already close-knit family. One lesson she learned amid the lockdown was that imperfection was normalcy. Jolie's broods have also been spending time with their dad, Brad Pitt.

JOLIE IS IN AWE OF ZAHARA

Most often than not, Jolie tries to keep her brood off the spotlight and away from public scrutiny. However, a recent interview had her talking about her growing daughter, Zahara. The proud mom did not hold back as she gushed over the teenager.

The "Salt" star referred to her child as an "extraordinary African woman." Jolie gave thought-provoking information about her beloved child. The award-winning actress shared that she has learned a lot from being a mom to the 15-year-old.

HER TAKE ON RACISM

Known for her vast experience and outstanding performances in Hollywood blockbusters, Jolie is also prominent in activism.

Recently giving her two cents on the issue of racism and the Black Lives Matter movement, Jolie decried the situation of ill-treatment based on skin color.

She focused her opinion on the younger generation, as she stated that there was a need for kids to get educated without adults creating distorted knowledge about races.
