Here's How 'Hangin' with Mr Cooper' Star Omar Gooding Paid Tribute to His Wife on Her Birthday

American actor Omar Gooding of "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" fame took to social media to pay special tribute to his wife, Mia Vogel, on her birthday.

Actor and comedian Omar Gooding honored his wife on her birthday with a special tribute to mark the celebration. The actor, 43, accompanied his sweet post with three pictures.

The first picture showed Gooding's wife, Mia Vogel, with their two sons, Omar Jr., and Mile Christian Golding, out on a picnic and smiling happily.

The trio was seated on the grass with Vogel cuddling her younger son while Omar Jr. placed his hands on his mom's shoulder. The second picture showed photographs of Vogel and her kids pasted on a white cardboard stained with little hands.

The last of the pictures showed the beautifully wrapped gifts that Gooding bought for his wife. The actor penned down a heartwarming caption to his post, writing:

"Happy Bday to the love of my life. You have already given Me the best gifts I could ever ask for…"

The actor further revealed that aside from wrapping gifts for his wife, he also woke up early to keep their baby son from waking her up, adding that it was no big deal and that he wanted nothing in return.

If there was anything the actor wanted in return, it was a victory for his favorite basketball team, LA Lakers, who were to battle against the Portland Trail Blazers in the second round of their playoff game.

Gooding is a man of many talents. Aside from being an actor and comedian, he is also a rapper and voice artist.

Gooding pleaded with his wife to use her birthday wish to request for a victory for his beloved team before urging her to enjoy her day. He revealed that they would visit the beach which was one of her favorite places.

The couple welcomed their second son, Miles, in November. Gooding shared a picture of the newborn baby at delivery, captioning it:

"My Boy came out SANGIN!! You hea' Me?! [sic] Meet MILES CHRISTIAN GOODING 8lbs 3oz and 23 inches long."

The actor is a proud family man and loves to share pictures of him and his family's special moments. In September 2019, two months before Miles' birth, he shared a photo of him, Vogel, and their first son on an outing.

Gooding is a man of many talents. Aside from being an actor and comedian, he is also a rapper and voice artist. He released his first solo album, "The Excuse," last year.

In an interview with The Hype Magazine, the 43-year-old spoke about how he started acting as a child and his relationship with ex Angell Cornwell whom he is still good friends with to this day.

The former lovers work together on Bounce TV's comedy series, "Family Time," where Gooding portrays the character of a husband and father of two kids while Cornwell plays the role of his wife.
