In an interview with the Hollywood Raw Podcast, Osbourne confessed that a long time ago, she realized she had to fix her head before she could fix her body.
She admitted that it was a long process, yet everybody is now noticing the changes.

According to her, she stopped drinking and did many therapies. She also learned how to meditate for 10 minutes, twice a day.
The actress, who is known for her appearances on "The Osbournes" with her family, said that she wanted to fix all her inner struggles.
"I'm not perfect. I still make a lot of mistakes," she added. "I have bumps in the road. I fall down. I get back up again. That's just how life works."
Osbourne explained that she has been working on herself for two years, "figuring out if I wanted to be in this industry, figuring out if I was even capable of even losing this weight."
She admitted that it was a long process, yet everybody is now noticing the changes. Meanwhile, in March, Osbourne was worried about her parents Ozzy and Sharon's health due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an intagram post, she shared that both of her parents are at high risk for the deadly disease, especially her father. Aware that Ozzy falls under the at-risk category, Osbourne created a special hashtag for her father — #StayHomeForOzzy.
Last year, Ozzy suffered a fall and later experienced nerve pains. Doctors then found out that the acclaimed rock star has Parkinson's disease.
