Music legend Diana Ross and her daughter-in-law Ashlee Simpson had the warmest birthday greetings for her son, Evan Ross who turned a year older. The two shared heartfelt wishes for the celebrant.

Evan Ross received the sweetest greeting from his star mom, Diana Ross, as he recently turned 32. Evan's spouse, and music star, Ashlee Simpson was not left out as she gushed over her partner in her Instagram share.

Simpson shared some romantic photos that showed different moments with the birthday boy. The first snapshot was a black-and-white image of the duo looking ethereal as they basked in each other's attention.

The next slide showed Evan and Simpson at an older time. Through the photos, Simpson showed the pleasant affection that emanated between her and her husband. She captioned the post:

"I love you so much baby, I'm so thankful for your born day. YOU are my everything. You are creative and kind.."

The doting wife went on with her lengthy caption where she listed down the appealing characteristics of her husband. The songstress continued pouring out her warm feelings before capping it all with a reminder of her love for Evan.

Diana Ross gained fame in the '80s and became acclaimed for her powerful vocals and award-winning music.

Meanwhile, in Ross's post, she shared a photo of her and her beloved son during an event. The "Ain't No Mountain," crooner looked glamorous as she sported pink lipstick and pouted for the camera. Evan rocked a dapper look which included red-tinted hair and a grey tuxedo.

Ross let her son know that he was her "gift" as she wished him well on his big day. Many fans were more than delighted to join the legendary songstress in celebrating her son.
