Diana Ross is a legend when it comes to the music industry and her family has also managed to break into the entertainment industry with great success.

The latest of those is her grandson Raif Emmanuel Kendrick who first made his first appearance last year during the Grammy Awards when he was tasked to introduce his grandmother.

Recently, Ross' ex-husband, Robert Ellis has been spending time with the 10-year-old, sharing a sweet video of them about to go cycling.

Ellis, who was married to the singer from 1971 to 1977, looked like he was thoroughly enjoying the time with his grandson, writing:

"Happy Sunday in Central Park NYC with grandpa bob & @raifhenok."

Ellis was the star's first husband and together they have two children, "Black-ish" star Tracee Ellis Ross and Chudney Ross.

Raif's mother is Rhonda Ross and his father is Jazz musician Rodney Kendrick. Coming from a family so ingrained in the industry, it is not surprising that some of that talent rubbed off on him.

Raif became the breakout star at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

Last year, Raif got his chance to shine after Alicia Keys welcomed him to the stage so that he could introduce his grandmother.

At one point, Keys called him a "distinguished little guy" to which Raif responded hilariously, informing the audience that he was in fact 4 foot 9. Speaking about Ross, he said:

"She is amazing, and young people like me can look up to her for her independence, confidence, and her willingness to be her unique self."

Raif became the breakout star at the 2019 Grammy Awards but this is not the first time that the 10-year-old has outstaged his family members.

During the 2017 American Music Awards, Ross was receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award when he decided to show off his dance moves while his grandmother was performing.

Meanwhile, his mother, Rhonda, has revealed in the past that at 12-years-old, she found out that her father wasn't Ellis but Motown Records founder Berry Gordy.

During an interview, she said that she had always grown up being told she looks more like Gordy who was already close to the family.
