Stephen Curry's Only Sister and Her Husband Celebrate Their 2nd Anniversary with Romantic Photos
Stephen Curry’s younger sister, Sydel Curry Lee recently celebrated her second wedding anniversary with a sweet Instagram tribute to her husband: “I love doing life with you.”
Stephen Curry’s only sister, Sydel Curry Lee was also an athlete like her brothers and father. She was a former volleyball player like her mother.
Although she no longer plays the sport she loves, Sydel is now a happily married woman to Damion Lee and celebrated her second anniversary.

A TRIBUTE TO EACH OTHER
Sydel recently paid tribute to her husband for the milestone with a series of photos and videos on Instagram. She wrote:
“Today we celebrate the day that made us 1 and let me tell you, we did the dang thing! It was the perfect example of what our marriage entails.”
Damion also celebrated with an Instagram post that featured photos from their wedding, vacation, and random nights at home.
MEETING DAMION
Sydel first met Damion in college and dated for five years before tying the knot. According to the NBA star’s sister, she knew her husband was the man she would be marrying after their first four dates.
The trio took their athleticism from their parents, Sonya and Dell Curry who were volleyball and basketball stars of their time.
Although they talked about spending a lifetime together, the engagement still came as a surprise because Sydel did not think Damion would soon ask for her hand in marriage.
TYING THE KNOT
The couple tied the knot on September 1, 2018, in Charlotte Marriott City Center, North Carolina. Stephen’s wife, Ayesha, played an essential role in the wedding as the matron of honor while her kids served as the flower girls. Sydel said:
“Knowing that at 5 pm I would walk down the aisle and say yes to forever with the greatest gift that God has given me is something that even right now is hard for me to explain.”
Several photos and videos from the special day made it to social media including posts from the bride and groom dedicated to each other.
STEPHEN’S THROWBACK PHOTO
Like Sydel and Stephen, their brother Seth Curry is also an athlete who plays basketball. A few months ago, the Golden State Warrior star honored his siblings with a throwback photo.
The post featured the three siblings when they were children, side-by-side, smiling at the camera. “Back in the days, we could be this close #nationalsiblingday,” the caption read.
