TV Insider: Jack Osbourne Gives Revealing Insight into His Dad Ozzy's Life in New Documentary
Fans of rock n' roll legend Ozzy Osbourne are excited and gearing up for the release of his upcoming biography. In a recent interview, his son revealed what the experience has been like on the project.
Jack Osbourne is Ozzy's son and one of the executive producers of the new biography titled, "The Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne." Speaking with TV Insider, he opened up on his experience and how he viewed the project.
Jack explained that he had been involved in making the project from the beginning. He already produced a documentary on his father before — 2011's "God Bless Ozzy Osbourne." So, it was pretty easy to get things together.

However, one particular area where he focused on was the fact that the documentary will be pretty graphic. The entire family has warned fans that the biography won't be squeaky clean, and Jack reinforced that.
Jack pointed out that they wanted to show that Ozzy made several mistakes in his prime. He added:
"No human is flawless...We wanted to paint as complete a picture of Ozzy Osbourne as we could."
Jack isn't the first member of the Osbourne family to point out that the documentary could be a rough one. Last month, Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy's longtime partner, told reporters that the documentary would be as real as it gets. He explained that it would be an "adult movie for adults."
Rather than stay down for long, Ozzy launched a solo career after leaving Black Sabbath.
The news of "The Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne" has had Ozzy's fans excited a great deal. Reports confirmed in January that the documentary would be released on A&E Network.
The documentary will reflect on Ozzy's career and past. It picks up from his days as the frontman for the legendary group Black Sabbath, and his struggles after the band cut him due to erratic behavior.
Rather than stay down for long, Ozzy launched a solo career after leaving Black Sabbath. However, he also made several mistakes along the way. This documentary hopes to touch as many of those as possible.
The documentary will also involve interviews. Sharon and Jack will give interviews, as will Ozzy's daughter, Kelly. Interviews will also be taken from some notable names in the music industry. These include Rick Rubin, Marilyn Manson, Post Malone, and Ice-T.
The documentary will be premiering next week, per reports. Definitely, fans will be tuning in to see some archive footage and watch more interviews. Many know Ozzy to have lived a pretty wild life. So, this should be quite a fun piece to watch.
