"American Idol" alum, Jennifer Hudson looked stunning as she debuted a new haircut in a recent Instagram post. The mother-of-one boldly rocked the short hair with a sultry cat-eye look.
Jennifer Hudson raised the temperature as she flaunted her stunning beauty in a recent selfie she shared on her Instagram. The actress and songwriter looked breathtaking as she boldly rocked a messy pixie cut while showing off her animal print face mask.
The highlight of the lovely look was Hudson's winged cat eyeliner that defined her gorgeous eyes as she looked fiercely into the camera.

In the accompanying caption, the "Dreamgirls" star asked her followers what was behind their mask before giving a shout out to designer Verneccia Etienne for gifting her the mask ahead of her birthday. She concluded the post, writing:
"Y'all getting more and more creative with these mask(s)! Make it fun."
Since her time on "American Idol," Hudson, popularly known as J Hud, has evolved with her looks, wowing fans all the way. From her early days of rocking tomboyish looks with curls to the style icon that she is, Hudson has undergone several changes, earning her the title of "a woman with many looks."
The connection Hudson shared with the late singer was evident when she paid tribute to the "Freeway of Love" crooner on Instagram.
However, her epic weight loss in 2010 gave her an overall transformation that took our breaths away. The Golden Globe winner lost 80 pounds and switched up her style and ever since has been a major fashion inspiration to many.
When Hudson isn't giving fans juicy fashion updates, she is making powerful career moves. After three seasons as a judge on "The Voice UK," Hudson said goodbye to the show in January 2020, stating that her schedule would not accommodate her acting career.
She instead chose to focus on filming the 2021 Aretha Franklin biopic, "Respect." In the film, which tells the Queen of Soul's life story and her journey to fame, Hudson is set to play the respected singer.
The role is of enormous significance to Hudson who was reportedly hand-picked by Franklin to play her on-screen before her death.
The connection Hudson shared with the late singer was evident when she paid tribute to the "Freeway of Love" crooner on Instagram on the second anniversary of her death. She took to her Instagram to share a black-and-white photo of the legendary singer alongside the caption:
"Something tells me that you are walking around heaven singing all day! I know you got your mansion, far more than just standing room."
Hudson rose from choir member to a powerhouse Oscar and Grammy-winning actress and singer after taking advantage of her exposure from "American Idol." Now a mother-of-one and established entertainer, the Chicago native has come a long way from her humble beginnings.
